• Once the car is purchased we will require you to pay the full selling amount of the car.

• We only accept, T/T (Telegraphic transfer) of the fund. We do not accept letter of credit, or checks.

• Once the car is purchased, you can not redeem your deposit back or our service costs.

• Please send us your T/T receipt so that we can act on purchasing the car immediately.

• For your own security purposes, we will supply you with the copies of the sellers (owners) passport and our own ID's.

  Shipment

•  We will ship the vehicle with the first ship available, after we receive the full amount of the payment.
• We will send you the shipment documents. Such as bill of lading and registration papers, immediately after the shipping of the vehicle.

Inspection
We inspect the cars by the auction houses' inspectors or the our by our local mechanics. The final condition of the cars will be reported to you by inspection and grading papers.

Warranty

• We sell the vehicle in as-is condition.
• We will not be responsible for any delay or failure upon fulfillment of all or part of this contract. Any direct or indirect  causes or circumstances beyond our control , the seller, including act of God, war, warlike conditions, hostilities, revolution, riot, governmental order or restriction, strike, lockout, or other dispute.

Cancellation
You cannot cancel after your bid was successful.
